Blue Exercise – Hard

Blue Exercise 1

Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (blue 12, 10, 1, 9,11, HOME)]

And this for the right foot, (blue 12, 2, 11, 3, 1, HOME)

If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to blue level exercise 2.

 

Blue Exercise 2

Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (blue 1, 9, 12, 8, 11, HOME)

And this for the right foot, (blue 11, 3, 12, 4, 1, HOME)

If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to blue level exercise 3.

 

Blue Exercise 3

Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (blue 7, 10, 12, 1, 8, HOME)

And this for the right foot, (blue 5, 2, 12, 11, 4, HOME)

 

If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to blue level exercise 4.

 

Blue Exercise 4

Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (blue 11, 7, 10, 1, 8, HOME)

And this for the right foot, (blue 1, 5, 2, 11, 4, HOME)

If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to blue level exercise 5.

 

Blue Exercise 5

Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (blue 6, 9, 12, 7, 1, HOME)

And this for the right foot, (blue 6, 3, 12, 5, 11, HOME)

Once easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, you only need to perform occasional maintenance routines to make sure your balance remains good. See the next section for maintenance routines.
