Green Exercises – Basic
Green Exercise 1
Place the left foot down over the 12 O’clock GREEN coloured segment for 5 seconds. Now move and put the left foot over the GREEN 1 O’clock segment and keep it there for 5 seconds. Next move the left foot over the GREEN segment at 11 O’clock for 5 seconds. Finally return the left foot to start position.
(The order of motions is therefore green 12, 1, 11, HOME)
Now move the right foot down over the GREEN 12 O’clock segment for 5 seconds. Now move the right foot over the GREEN 11 O’clock segment and keep it there for 5 sections. Next move the right foot onto the GREEN segment at 1 O’clock for 5 seconds. Finally return the right foot to start position. (The order of motion is green 12, 11, 1, HOME).
If this was easy on both left and right, try making the moves after 2 seconds. If still easy move to green exercise 2.
Green Exercise 2
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (green 1,11,10,12, HOME)
And this for the right foot (green 11, 1, 2, 12, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to green exercise 3.
Green Exercise 3
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (green 9,12,10,1,11, HOME)
And this for the right foot (green 3,12,2,11,1, HOME)
Green Exercise 4
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (green 1,10,12,9,11, HOME)
And this for the right foot (green 11,2,12,3,1,HOME)
Green Exercise 5
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (green 12, 9, 1, 10, 8, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (green 12,3,11,2,4, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to red exercise level.
