Red Exercises – Easy
Red Exercise 1
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (red 12, 10, 1, 11, 9, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (red 12, 2, 11, 1, 3, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to red exercise 2.
Red Exercise 2
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (red 8, 11, 9,1,10, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (red 4, 1, 3, 11, 2, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to red exercise 3.
Red Exercise 3
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (red 7, 10, 1, 8, 11, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (red 5, 2, 11, 4, 1, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to red exercise 4.
Red Exercise 4
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 ,seconds. (red 1, 10, 7, 11, 8, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (11, 2, 5, 1, 4, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to red exercise 5.
Red Exercise 5
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (red 6, 12, 9, 1, 8, HOME)
And this for the right foot (red 6, 12, 3, 11, 4, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to yellow level exercise 1.
