Yellow Exercise 1
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (yellow 11, 8, 12, 9, 7, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (yellow 1, 4, 12, 3, 5, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to yellow exercise 2.
Yellow Exercise 2
Follow the sequence in this diagram for the left foot, holding each position for 5 seconds. (yellow 8, 12, 9, 1, 10, HOME)
And this for the right foot. (yellow 4, 12, 3, 11, 2, HOME)
If this was easy on both left and right, try making each move after 2 seconds. If this is still easy, move to yellow exercise 3.
