Therapy bands are used to strengthen, and help stretch muscles and are as effective for improving foot strength and function as they are elsewhere in the body.
They are available in a variety of strengths, which enables anyone to start to strengthen their muscles. You can move up in band strength (colour) as your feet get stronger. In time you will feel the benefit in your foot and joint power.
Choose the strength of your therapy band (colours may vary):
- Medium (Usually Red)
- Strong (Usually Green)
- Extra strong (Usually Yellow)
