The Kinesio Taping technique and Kinesio Tape was developed by Dr Kenzo Kase in Japan over 25 years ago. The tape is designed to provide muscle and joint support but without the restricting the range of motion as occurs with traditional strapping techniques.

Pre-Cut Strips

The Kinesio Pre-cut range offers support for back, neck, shoulder, knee, wrist and foot. Each pack consists of pre-cut strips of tape in various shapes required for each particular application, ready to apply.

Water Resistant

Kinesio tape is water-resistant, so you can shower, bathe and swim whilst wearing it. It also can be worn for 2-3 days, 24 hours a day and is hypoallergenic, made from 100% cotton and latex free.

Full Range of Motion

You can also continue with your activities or training, as Kinesio Pre-cut allows for full range of motion, supporting the muscle yet not restricting movement.
